5 Early Symptoms of Depression I Experienced & Treatment Process

Depression is said to be like a cold that affects the mind.

If depression is left untreated, it can deteriorate the mind just like a severe cold.

I will talk about my early symptoms of depression and the treatment I received.

 

The cause of depression has not yet been clearly identified, but

It is known that various factors are at play.

In my case, I experienced depression while dealing with parenting stress.

Initially, rather than feeling clearly depressed, I experienced more irritability and often got angry at my family.

The second physical change was that I couldn't sleep well at all, and I lost my appetite.

Perhaps because of that, my concentration decreased, and I lost motivation, making the days feel long and I disliked being around people. As I continued to live like that, I suddenly experienced a change in weight. I lost weight rapidly.

So, I ended up visiting the neurology and psychiatry department.

These days, there are many psychiatric clinics around.

So I described my symptoms and had a consultation, and I started medication treatment.

Visited initially, then visited once a week to get prescriptions and sleep well.

They also prescribed sleep aids together.

Then gradually, I started to feel better and experienced an improvement in my quality of life.

 

If you are feeling depressed, do not hesitate to reach out.

I hope you receive treatment for depression.

There is an easy way, but hiding your pain due to social judgment or prejudice can make things even harder.

    저는치매이신 엄마 모시고 살다 요양원에 모시곤 검사결과 우울증상이 약간 있다고하네요 
    저도 죽을닐만 기다리는구나 그런상각을 많이 하네요
