Insomnia caused by irregular lifestyle patterns and night shift work
Hello. I am currently working at a place where I have been employed for over five years, with a mixed schedule of day and night shifts, which makes it easy to develop insomnia due to irregular work patterns. Because of this schedule, I have persistent insomnia, making it difficult to sleep during night shifts, and even during the day when the sun is bright, I struggle to fall asleep. Years of sleep deprivation have also caused migraines, and I realized this was a serious issue. I visited a neurology clinic specializing in sleep disorders, and the doctor suggested it might be stress-related insomnia. I received treatment for insomnia and created a sleep-friendly environment by using blackout curtains, earplugs, and an eye mask. By relaxing my mind and preparing a comfortable sleeping environment, I feel that my insomnia has improved somewhat.
