Can exercise help improve a herniated disc in the lower back?
I have been 고민이 많습니다 for a very long time because of a herniated disc in my lower back.
I am experiencing lower back pain, pelvic pain, and numbness and pain extending to my hips due to my herniated disc.
There was previously a straight neck, so I experienced severe neck and shoulder pain.
Sometimes I experience stiffness from my chin to the back of my neck.
So, I was in pain like this, then felt a little better, and then started hurting again, and this cycle keeps repeating.
So, I am reading Professor Jeong Seon-geun's book because I heard it's good.
I still don't understand well. I have no plans for surgery; can exercise help improve the condition?
I can't keep going to physical therapy forever, so I need to improve my back on my own.
I'm really curious if there are any people who have improved, so I left this question.
