Usually, the moment when force is applied to the knee is when sitting or after walking for about three or four hours, during which I go for a walk exercise. It takes about an hour.
At that moment, I didn't feel knee pain that much. But maybe it's because I'm gradually getting older, or maybe my knees are aging just as much as I do each year.
It's not the same and seems to be more painful, with the pain continuing, even though I haven't hit anything. Gradually, just touching my knee slightly makes it hurt more.
Weather changes, lifting heavy objects, or various stimulating factors can cause a lot of pain in the back or knees.
In such cases, if the pain is so severe that I can't bear it, I would at least take a picture at the hospital.
It's not even that serious; I just apply a patch and wear a brace every time, and that's the end of it.
This phenomenon keeps happening. Do I need to take any special measures? How should I manage it to improve the health of my knee?
