Has anyone received treatment for post-nasal drip?

I had severe rhinitis when I was young.
It seemed like my hay fever improved at some point after I became an adult.

It keeps going inside my mouth, and I feel like something is constantly coming over the back of my nose.
When I went to the hospital, I remember they just prescribed something like regular cold medicine for post-nasal drip.
Humans are animals of adaptation, so now... something has become taken for granted, but the discomfort remains the same.
Is there anyone who has received treatment for post-nasal drip?
