Shoulder pain on the right side worsens with exercise
I once injured my shoulder quite badly while exercising when I was young.
I was throwing a lot of balls as a hobby exercise, and my shoulder swelled up badly, but I didn't receive any specialized treatment at the time.
After applying the patch and about 1 to 2 weeks passed, there was no significant inconvenience in daily life, and time simply went by.
However, as I continued with daily life, I realized that my right shoulder's physical ability was noticeably weaker than my left.
Still, it was at a level that did not interfere with daily life, so I didn't seek medical treatment again. Now, I regret that.
Recently, I started doing daily health exercises, such as push-ups and light dumbbells, but while exercising, my right shoulder has become very uncomfortable.
It's been over ten years already, so I don't think there's anything wrong with my bones, but it seems to be a muscle issue. Should I go to the hospital now?
I'm worried that I might need to undergo surgery separatelyㅜㅜ
