Types of lumbar disc surgery

In 2015, protrusion of the 4th and 5th lumbar discs.

I received radiofrequency treatment.

This year, I experienced radiating pain again, and after MRI imaging, it was revealed that discs 3 and 4 protruded, so endoscopic surgery was recommended.

I only received the nerve injection so far, but the radiating pain has returned, and I think I will need to undergo the procedure again.

I am curious about the difference between the two procedures.
