How do you relieve nasal congestion symptoms during the summer?

I usually have rhinitis, and lately it's been very humid, so my nose is completely blocked.

A feeling of something filling up inside the nose...

So sometimes my throat hurts.

It's already hot and it's tough.

Since I can't visit the ENT clinic every time, I am using the spray in the picture.
