August 19 (Monday): Psychiatrist's message - "If you show these symptoms, there's a 95% chance of depression"

It's been really hot lately, and I don't feel like doing anything, plus I've been getting more irritable. Maybe it's just because of the heat? Other than that, everything is fine. I haven't experienced severe depression, but I think it's a really frightening illness.Source: @cassiopeia_book
