I am extremely worried about high blood sugar. I have been managing it through exercise and diet, but the fluctuations and spikes cause a lot of stress in my daily life. Sometimes I wonder if I am managing it well, but suddenly it spikes and shows a spike phenomenon. No one but myself can understand this stress. Even a small amount of sugar added can cause a spike, and I am terrified. As I have entered my 60s, I am even more scared. I always eat within an hour of my meal and exercise regularly. I wonder if the long meal times, which cause my blood sugar to rise already, are due to exercising after a high reading. Personally, I think so. Yesterday, I reduced my meal time to 30 minutes and immediately rode my bike. Today, my blood sugar has almost returned to normal. I will keep my meal times within 30 minutes and exercise immediately afterward.
