I experience tinnitus occasionally, and I'm worried.
It turns out that tinnitus occurs without external stimuli.
They say it's a sound coming from inside the head.
But externally, I definitely hear a sound, but my ears for about 10 to 20 seconds.
The sound is faint and has been continuing a bit more recently. I feel like the symptoms are happening more frequently.
Is this something that requires a visit to the ENT specialist? Usually, I don't hear such sounds and I communicate, listen, and go about my daily life normally. But when I feel anxious or have a lot on my mind, and then suddenly move in a different way or switch positions, my head keeps hurting at that moment.
So there was a time when I kept my ears covered for a while, and I think the psychological factors that stimulate the cause of tinnitus also have an influence, so I am very worried.
If you continue to experience these symptoms, again
I was normal again, but now I hear the ringing in my ears again, and I'm worried about whether I should visit the hospital.
How did you treat your tinnitus?
