Suddenly, from a certain day, it hurt so much when I turned my right arm backward.
I thought it might be frozen shoulder, but it was different from the pain I had in my left arm before, so I was confused.
My left arm hurts around the shoulder when I lift it up, so I couldn't lift it above my chest.
But right now, my right arm doesn't hurt at the shoulder, but the area below the shoulder and forearm hurts, and massaging the shoulder blade seems to make my arm hurt less.
I saw a post about neck disc causing pain in the winged neck and arm during the day, so I thought it might be a herniated disc, but my shoulder doesn't hurt.
Could these symptoms also be a type of frozen shoulder?
