Here are three ways to help alleviate rashes caused by allergies~

Recently, I have experienced several instances of rashes caused by allergies.

I'll introduce three methods that helped alleviate allergies when I couldn't go to the hospital and treated myself at home~

 

The symptoms started with an allergic rash beginning on one thigh and spreading to the calf.

Later, an allergic rash appeared on my neck as well, and I started to feel a feverish sensation, with itching gradually worsening.

 

First, I applied Selason cream.

Efficacy and Effects - Secondary infected allergic or inflammatory skin diseases:

It helped alleviate allergic rashes.

 

I applied the second cold compress.

 

Since I felt a heat sensation and the itching worsened, I used a cold pack that was in the freezer.

I wrapped it in plastic and covered it with a kitchen towel, then placed it on the wound, which helped reduce the heat and alleviated the allergy.

 

Taking Claritin tablets for the third time helped alleviate allergies.

The symptoms gradually worsened, and an allergic rash spread up to my throat, making it feel tight and difficult to breathe, so I thought I couldn't go on. I looked for an over-the-counter medication and found an allergy rhinitis medicine that also listed hives as a symptom, so I took it.

 

Efficacy and Effects - Allergic Rhinitis (sneezing, nasal congestion, itching, burning sensation in the eyes), chronic idiopathic (unknown cause) hives

 

Fortunately, after taking Claritin tablets, my sore throat symptoms seemed to improve a bit.

 

The next day, the swelling subsided and the rash decreased.

It seems like the symptoms appear when going outside, so I think it might be sunlight allergy.

I think I can only know for sure by visiting the hospital.
