It has been seven years since I started working.
It was originally a kind of pain that subtly bothered my shoulder.
I often sleep with my arms raised in a salute position even at bedtime in the evening.
I heard that people with shoulder pain sleep in that position.
I understand why I often take that posture.
It really feels so much better when you shout "Hooray"!
But these days, shoulder pain occurs differently and randomly compared to before;;
People around me keep telling me to go to a Korean medicine clinic and try acupuncture.
I visit the pain clinic or orthopedic surgery once in a while.
I haven't received traditional Korean medicine treatment very often.
Can shoulder pain also be helped by traditional Korean medicine treatment?^^
It’s hard because I’m sick.
