My fasting blood sugar is borderline, and the HbA1c level I had tested three months ago was about 6.
So, the food includes salads, eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, and other foods rich in fiber and high in protein.
I am trying to focus on consuming food.
It's also good to dilute Aesabi vinegar and lemon juice with water, so I mix Aesabi vinegar into sparkling water and drink it.
I am also squeezing fresh lemon juice and drinking it.
Thanks to that, I lost about 2 kilograms.
Fasting blood sugar is maintained between 90 and 100, but it doesn't go down below that easily.
Next month, I will have a blood test for HbA1c, and I said I would control it diligently, but what if it comes out high?
I'm worried that I might feel empty.
I thought about trying dietary supplements, but I want to start with food first.
They are not doing it yet.
Please share any good methods to lower blood sugar levels.
