My insomnia has worsened since the beginning of this year.
Recently, the tasks assigned at work have been so demanding that I had to think about them even after coming home.
As a result, I started thinking about work even while sleeping.
It seems that I am waking up more frequently and my insomnia has worsened.
Even if I fall asleep, I wake up after an hour or two, toss and turn, and then morning comes.
Should I take the medication?
I'm 고민ing about how to change my sleep pattern.
My head feels dizzy, the day is chaotic, and I'm feeling very annoyed ㅠㅠ
