The third is to take a rest.

    너무 힘들게 일만 하다보면 번아웃이 올 수 밖에 없는거 같아요
    본인 스스로도 조금씩 여유를 가져야할거 같아요

    번아웃을 하려면 회사가 도와줘야 합니다.
    개인 시간을 가지려 해도 야근과 잔업, 빡씬 업무에 감당이 안되죠.
    그렇다고 회사 때려치면 이제 먹고 사는 문제가 커지고요.
