Large spaces are not a problem, but if I stay in a small enclosed space like a car or bus for a long time, my nose gets blocked and it's hard to breathe. Since allergic rhinitis shows symptoms in various ways, I haven't kept pets during seasonal changes, in the transition seasons, winter, or even due to allergies to animals or plants. I also worry because I visit the hospital often. I wonder if I rely too much on medication, so I try not to go unless it's severe... Even when I start to get better, symptoms appear in unfamiliar and unpleasant environments, which is difficult. Having a runny nose or nasal congestion is a constant concern.
