♡Concern♡ My menstrual cycle has become shorter. Could this be a sign of approaching menopause?
As I am in my mid-40s, my concerns about health are increasing.
Since three months ago, my menstrual cycle, which was every 30 days, suddenly changed to once every 15 days, and I am having two periods each month.
As a result, I feel dizzy and as if I have my period all month long.
People around me say that when menopause is approaching, the menstrual cycle shortens and eventually stops.
It still seems a bit early for menopause, so I don't think it's something to worry about, but I am a little concerned that it might be a gynecological issue. They say women resemble their mothers. My mother reportedly went through menopause at 62.
Why do I dislike going to the gynecology clinic so much even though I am a woman?
Could this be a precursor symptom of menopause?
