Last year, I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder at the beginning of the year and suffered for almost half a year. I also received injection treatment at the hospital.
I received physical therapy as well, but honestly, I didn't really feel any improvement. Surely, the treatment must have helped to some extent.
I don't know, but in reality, the pain didn't decrease at all. Waking up several times during the night.
After struggling so hard, my body finally stopped hurting, and by gradually stretching little by little, it became somewhat normal again, though not quite as before.
I have been living my life, but recently, I feel like the shoulder pain is coming back gradually.
Since I didn't feel like going to the hospital, I was being lazy and neglecting it, but I am gradually doing some stretching, even if only a little.
It seems like a different area from when I have shoulder pain, but it's still the same shoulder.
I'm wondering whether I should visit the hospital again or if I can just keep an eye on it with stretching like I am now.
