Since my child has had severe rhinitis from a young age, I have tried various methods to develop good habits for managing rhinitis.
First, in the morning, start by washing your face with warm water and rinsing your nose. Drink warm ginger tea instead of coffee, eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, consume black beans and nuts, and before sleeping, apply Cheongbi-go inside your nose to prevent it from drying out too much. This makes breathing much easier and feels more refreshing. Practicing these habits frequently has also significantly improved my rhinitis.
