(Concern) Tightness at the back of the neck + headache

I tend to be sensitive, so I usually get headaches when I am stressed. That's why I always keep headache medicine and painkillers at home.

However, in recent weeks, I have been experiencing persistent migraines with a pulling sensation at the back of my right head.

There is nothing stressful happening... The problem is that even after taking painkillers, the pain doesn't subside wellㅜㅜ

I keep having trouble sleeping at night... I have no appetite... When it's severe, I feel a burning sensation and pain up to the top of my head.
