(Concern) I think I have chronic rhinitis, but I'm not sure if I need medical treatment.

It seems that I have been suffering from rhinitis symptoms for the past few years. Whenever I come into contact with pollen or pet hair, I inevitably have a runny nose. During seasonal changes and even with air conditioning, my nose becomes stuffy and my voice becomes hoarse. Since I have a job that requires a lot of talking, the frequent rhinitis symptoms are more bothersome. However, I think visiting an otolaryngologist will only provide temporary relief. Is there any good treatment for chronic rhinitis?
