When I go on a diet, I often cook and eat bean sprout rice. First of all, the recipe is very simple, so it's easy to make and enjoy without any burden. Additionally, it has only about 400 kcal, which is much lower than a single bowl of ramen. Moreover, bean sprouts contain potassium, which helps eliminate sodium, lowers cholesterol levels, and promotes vascular health, making it good for health. Therefore, I think I eat it more often during dieting because adding a little bit of beef and eating a lot of bean sprouts gives a feeling of fullness.
