[Concern] Shoulder "frozen shoulder" hurts a lot!

Recently, I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain to the point that I cannot sleep at night. I almost stay awake all night. The pain is so intense. Today, I went to the orthopedic clinic for treatment, and I was told it is "frozen shoulder." I received a painkiller injection and was prescribed medication. If the pain becomes severe again, I am advised to visit again tomorrow for an injection into the shoulder. I read online that frozen shoulder can improve on its own over time, but I am wondering how to endure the pain during that period. Please share your opinions on what would be best.
