I developed a severe rounded shoulder posture, and even a little strain would cause discomfort.
Since then, as I continued strength training, my shoulders have also loosened up a lot and improved a bit.
When doing upper body exercises like seated rows or lat pulldowns, I tend to rely on my arms because I lack strength.
Every time that happens, especially the right elbow bends or severe pain occurs.
I'm trying to reduce weight and carry lighter, but to build muscle, I need to lift heavier,ㅠㅠ
Even after receiving physical therapy and posture correction, it recurs again after a few months...
