(Concern) Finger numbness, trigger finger symptoms
My fingers started to hurt a few months ago. It feels like it might be similar to trigger finger tendinitis.
Also, I feel a slight tingling sensation that feels like arthritis. I have been using my fingers a lot recently.
Maybe for about two or three months? I try to exercise and stretch while minimizing the use of my fingers as much as possible.
I made an effort. When working, whether using a computer or handling my phone, I try to minimize finger movement as much as possible.
I tried to make it happen. So, I've improved quite a bit compared to before, but on days when I write a lot or something like that.
Even when I don't do stretching regularly, I still feel pain, but it's definitely much less than when I was in a lot of pain.
I think I can get better and avoid going to the hospital for now by being careful like this. What do you think?
Is it correct to go to the hospital, receive medical treatment, and get a nerve injection?
