Lately, my knees have been hurting a lot. Sometimes, my lower back hurts, and the pain seems to transfer to my knees. It has been so painful when walking or going up and down stairs that I have even sat down suddenly. A few years ago, I received an injection for knee pain, and I was doing well without pain since then, but recently, the pain has started again. I'm also wondering if I should get another knee pain injection or if it's okay to get one again. What do you think I should do?
