(Concern) I haven't been able to sleep at night lately because of muscle pain.
I was recently diagnosed with frozen shoulder in my left arm and am receiving orthopedic manual therapy and injection treatments.
But along with that, I also experienced chest muscle pain every night.
It hurts so much that I can't sleep.
My arm has mostly healed now, but it's difficult because I haven't received the injection (the doctor said it can't be done more than twice).
They say it should be treated with manual therapy, but the cost isn't cheap either.
I can't take medicine every time I get sick, and I was told not to use my arm, so these days I don't use my left arm and I also refrain from using my phone a lot.
According to the therapist, posture also has an effect. I'm wondering if the severe pain from frozen shoulder is normal or if it's because of my poor posture. I'm really curious about people who have frozen shoulder.
These days, even carrying a slightly heavy bag makes my shoulders ache from working at the PC all day, and my shoulders hurt, and my left arm feels cold too.ㅜㅜ
