The wrist ligament is relatively weak.
That doesn't mean you should use your wrists excessively.
At some point, the area of tendinitis started to hurt.
It doesn't seem to get better.
It’s so sad that my wrist hurts whenever I lift something a little heavy.
I know I should stop using it, but I just can't completely stop.
Physical therapy and injections only seem effective at the moment of treatment. I feel like the symptoms come back afterward...
I'm 고민 about what to do..
