How to eliminate headaches! Medication and physical therapy
There is no definitive cause for headaches because the causes vary from person to person.
My methods for relieving my headache are medication prescription and physical therapy.
First, when the pain is severe, I take painkillers like Tylenol as prescribed. I always keep them prepared as a household remedy.
And when the muscles around the neck that support the head become tense, it can cause migraines or pain in the back of the head.
So I visit the hospital and receive physical therapy mainly focused on the trapezius muscle. When the trapezius muscle frequently becomes tense and hardens like a stone, pain appears at the back of the head. After receiving physical therapy and when the tense muscles loosen, the pain also improves to some extent.
