[Concern] I'm worried about lower back disc pain.

Hello, my health concern in this event is lower back pain. I started experiencing back pain around two years ago. I also feel a slight numbness in my legs, so I went to the hospital and was told it was early-stage a herniated disc. Now, I have improved a lot through walking exercises, but sometimes when I overexert myself or if I am not feeling well, discomfort arises. It's a small pain, but since it persists steadily, I am worried. Would I need a procedure or surgery to get rid of the pain? Or do I have to live with the pain for the rest of my life? I'm worried.
