(Concern) Dizziness after thyroid cancer surgery

It has been two months since I had thyroid cancer surgery.

Fortunately, I underwent a partial resection without metastasis and am only taking 50 mg of Sinziroid. However, since two days ago, I've been experiencing slight dizziness when lying down to sleep, which then subsides.

It's okay when I'm awake, but I only experience that symptom when I lie down.

I'm a bit worried and curious whether this is due to thyroid cancer surgery or something else.
