Concern) Tears and dry eyes..

When the cold wind blows, I can't help but cry.

Since 2 to 3 years ago, I have frequently had tears when going out in winter, and lately, even in seasons when it's not cold, my eyes sometimes feel stinging and I tear up.

Is it part of an allergy? Or is it an aging process as we grow older?

My eyesight is fine and I can read small print without difficulty, but sometimes my eyes feel a bit dry and gritty.

Is this dry eye syndrome?

It's not serious yet, but I'm a bit worried.

Should I take supplements if I am diligently taking care of my eyes?
