My personal blood sugar management method is eating brown rice and mixed grains.

When I wasn't interested in health before, I only ate white rice.

Seeing my family suffer because of diabetes, I decided to get my act together.

Changed to brown rice mixed grain rice.

The rice does not contain any white rice; it is cooked with brown rice, black rice, barley, oats, and beans.

There is only one bean in the picture, but there are a lot on the floor.

At first, it was rough and tasteless, so I really didn't want to eat it.

As I keep eating, I find that when I eat white rice during holidays or dining out, the rice tastes sweeter.

Now, brown rice mixed grain rice suits my taste.

It’s tangy and has a variety of chewy textures, and it’s delicious.

Since the blood sugar index is low, it is good for blood sugar management, so it's even better.

    맞아요 쌀밥 대신 작곡밥 먹어도 혈당이 많이 줄어들어요. 처음에는 꺼끌한게 어색했는데 먹다보니 익숙해집니다.
