I hear clicking sounds from my left knee.

My mother had artificial joint surgery a week ago and is currently undergoing rehabilitation. Every time I move, I hear a clicking sound from my left knee, and I think it's hereditary. Although I am taking chondroitin for joint health, I feel uneasy. I am curious about ways to keep my joints healthy.
