Health concern - worried about pollen allergy rhinitis

Health concern - I'm worried about pollen allergy.

Spring is coming, and summer is approaching. On days when the breeze is gentle and blowing, I get rhinitis. There is hay fever caused by pollen, but I think there is also rhinitis caused by fine dust. It seems there is also seasonal rhinitis. I think I visit the ENT clinic for check-ups whenever the seasons change. I am also taking supplements that are good for rhinitis, but I am not sure if they are effective.
