My blood sugar management method

During menopause, her blood sugar started to rise.

Still, it was not exceeding 120 mg/dL.

However, after the April surgery, it can rise up to 150 mg/dL.

I feel like my body condition has been disrupted due to general anesthesia.

Therefore, it is a situation that requires even more management.

Take probiotics every morning on an empty stomach.

I go for a walk in the neighborhood mountain.

I walk 10,000 steps every day.

I try not to eat instant food either.

Snack on just one or two pieces to taste the minimum amount.

We are planning a vegetable-focused diet.

I am trying to moderate both dining out and delivery food.

Ultimately, the lifestyle of trying to change all my habits is my way of managing blood sugar.
