My health goal is to create a healthy 40s.
As I age, my immune system weakens, and I end up suffering from various illnesses.
So, my goal these days is
1) Always stretch when you wake up in the morning
2) Drinking a lot of water during meals and intentionally drinking a large amount periodically
3) Walk at least 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day
4) Taking Omega-3 (supplement) regularly
5) Limit fried foods and carbonated drinks
Developing the habit of going to bed early
In a way, it's a really obvious thing, but these days I'm gradually starting to put it into practice.
If you practice little by little like this, you will gradually become healthier.
