(Concern) Why do I have persistent itching in my ear?

I went to the ENT clinic today~~ Again!! I have mold in my ear ㅠㅠ

My ears have been itchy for several days, so I used an ear pick, and I think that's why~~ It was very painful during treatment~

I usually don't want to touch my ears, but they're so itchy that I can't stand it.

Does this also worsen equally when sinusitis becomes severe?

Why does my ear keep itching so much??
