Taking probiotics to maintain normal blood sugar levels

I am making efforts to maintain a balanced diet and regular exercise in order to properly manage my blood sugar levels.
First, I controlled my diet by reducing carbohydrates and sweet desserts, and I ate yogurt containing probiotics.
A breakfast made with yogurt as the base and containing powdered grain mixture.
The second is exercise, and I did amateur morning exercises, stair climbing, and walking a total of 10,000 steps at home.
