Leg pain and femoral head necrosis

I have necrosis in my right hip joint. However, the hospital said since I am still young, we should consider surgery if it worsens. No matter how much surgery has improved, it's not easy to use the leg extensively. Recently, I have been experiencing throbbing pain down to my right leg, which makes me worried. I am unsure what to do.
