I like hiking.
When I see the scenery from climbing up after relieving stress and feeling exhausted, it feels like toxins are leaving my body and the feeling of relief from bloating also comes over me. I have developed a hobby of climbing mountains and enjoy the joy of relieving stress, but at the same time, I have some concerns.
My knees are not in good condition, so I need to take care of them, and because of that, my family always advises me not to climb mountains and worries about me. I also want to do that, but I seem to live for the pleasure of occasionally going mountain climbing with friends, so it's hard to let go easily.
I'm especially worried because descending the mountain can cause more severe injuries to the knees than climbing it. I don't even take supplements for my knees. I'm concerned about what mindset and knee care are necessary to protect my knees while hiking.
