(Concern) I have a persistent ringing in my ear.

Water got into one of my ears while washing my hair.

I received treatment at the ENT clinic because it didn't improve easily.

However, I hear sounds in that ear.

Should I call it a frequency sound...

It's tinnitus... I was told my hearing test results are normal.

However, I keep worrying about it, and it's also stressful.

I'm worried about how I can get better.

Are there any of you who have improved...?
