Overcoming Insomnia: Walking Barefoot🍯🍯🍯

I tend to be a bit sensitive and have a good ear for sounds.

I can hear even the faintest sounds well, and I wake up easily even while sleeping... I couldn't sleep deeply. If I have stress or worries, I can't sleep either.

I would like to introduce barefoot walking, which I started last spring for better sleep and health.

 

"The foot is the second heart."

 

There is a saying that walking barefoot stimulates the soles of the feet, where peripheral nerves are concentrated, which improves blood circulation and strengthens immune function, making it effective for preventing obesity, improving constitution, skin beautification, and treating neuralgia.

I believe that walking barefoot stimulates numerous ligaments, muscles, and nerves, leading to various benefits for the body, which helped me achieve better sleep. As I slept soundly, I felt my metabolism become smoother. Certainly, stress and pain are reduced.

 

In the barefoot walking theory, the term "earthing" (or "grounding") is frequently mentioned, which refers to connecting the body's energy with the Earth's energy by making contact with the Earth. In fact, this research suggests that the act of grounding helps eliminate reactive oxygen species in our bodies, providing antioxidant effects and reducing inflammation.

 

I learned this from going to the library and reading various books by Dr. Park Dong-chang and others; it is a theory that the Earth actually emits powerful antioxidants called free electrons, which can be absorbed through the body.

People already have methods that naturally induce healing, such as forest bathing and ground therapy, based on these principles~~

In foreign countries, many people are already walking barefoot. I found that walking barefoot reduces physical stress, helps eliminate oxidative stress, improves blood circulation, and leads to better sleep. Thanks to the restorative sleep, my condition has also improved significantly. Walking barefoot has a direct impact on sleep, helping to stabilize the body's rhythm and naturally align the sleep-wake cycle, which in turn naturally induces tiredness at the appropriate bedtime.

I am around the muddy path, the playground, the mountains near my house, and the sandy beach by the sea.

I walk whenever I get the chance. Barefoot~~🥰🥰

My kids at home~ They've been following me and walking since last spring.

The other day, I went for a walk at the national park near my house, and I walk like that too.

Daily routine~ There were some small stones, but he walks well.

 

I didn't walk there.. haha

 

First, walk in areas free of harmful elements such as glass or nails.

When walking in places that are not designated barefoot walking areas, pay close attention to the ground. Also, be sure to get a tetanus vaccination.

All of my children and I have received the vaccinations, and so far, we are doing well without any issues. I don't think studying or wealth are important. Material things are necessary, but I mainly hope for my children to be healthy in body and mind.

 

If we pass down good habits so that children grow up healthily

I think that's the best.
