Please tell me about good exercises or treatments for frozen shoulder.
I got frozen shoulder ㅠㅠ I wasn't even called~~
My mom, who is 70, says she’s 50 this year, and I, her daughter, ended up coming along with her.
Lifting my arm is still fine, but
It hurts so, so, so much if you lift your arm and push backward like in the picture.
Even when I put my arms behind my back like in the "attention" command, they feel tight and stiff.
I'm also going to the hospital for physical therapy.
I am also doing exercises where I hold a towel behind my back and pull it up.
I also do warm compresses.
Are there any other exercises or methods that help with frozen shoulder?
Is applying a warm compress twice a day for about 10 minutes each time sufficient?
And the hospital I go to only does electrotherapy and extracorporeal shockwave therapy.
They told me to come once or twice a week, but it doesn't seem to be very effective.
Of course, I heard that frozen shoulder takes a HUGE amount of time to take care of.
Are there other effective treatments?
