Has anyone ever felt dizzy due to autonomic nervous system disorder?
Last weekend evening, I suddenly felt dizzy.
While I was walking, my body was leaning to the right.
Just like someone who just did a few laps in place.
Even when I lay down, I still felt dizzy.
Even the next day, I felt a little dizzy all day.
I fell asleep thinking I had to go to the hospital on Monday because it was the weekend.
I'm fine again from Monday.
I thought it was benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, but it doesn't seem like it will get better on its own.
I've been feeling a bit pounding lately, so I looked it up
They say that these symptoms can appear due to autonomic nervous system disorders.
Dysautonomia... that's what they call it.
I've been stressed out lately, lacking exercise, and suffering from chronic fatigue... well, that's what it's been like.
Is that why dysautonomia appeared?
If there's anyone like me, please let me know.
I haven't felt dizzy since Monday.
Do I really need to go to the hospital and get treatment?
Is it okay if I just take good care of my condition?
