Since when, after overeating, I wake up with muscle pain in my chest, back, and sides.
At first, I thought I might have side effects from taking diet supplements, but after looking into it, I realized it's a phenomenon caused by overeating, which was quite a shock to me on my own. Haha
They said, "How much did you eat that your body is hurting?"
I should control my overeating, but every time I have these experiences, I feel ashamed and end up laughing.
Has anyone else experienced something like me? Haha
From now on, I will live more carefully with my meal portions.
