(Question) I have indigestion so I am worried about taking digestive medicine frequently.

My biggest concern these days is that I can't digest food.
Even if I eat just a little, I feel bloated and have a feeling of fullness that doesn't go away all day. So I end up taking digestive enzymes frequently, and I'm worried that this might become a habit.
Actually, I've tried everything that's supposed to improve digestion: eating regularly, chewing slowly, drinking warm tea, even taking probiotics... but I haven't felt any significant results.
Is there anyone who suffered from indigestion for a long time like me and got better?
If there are any lifestyle habits or foods that have really helped you, or methods that have surprisingly worked, please let us know.
