Lately, my finger joints have been stiff and painful.
I think it got worse because I had a lot of work and had to work a lot of overtime.
I need to take a break in between, but it's not easy when I'm working so hard.
I think it would be good to do some simple finger exercises or stretching.
I was thinking about changing my mouse
I'm worried about many things because I think my keyboard posture is also a problem.
